Some projects change a firm’s trajectory. This was one of them. When Unitus Capital, part of the larger Unitus group, decided to move into a space that matched their ambition, they chose Prestige Towers on Residency Road — a landmark address in Bangalore.
Vision
To create a workspace that reflects the energy of a young, fast-moving team — vibrant, modern, and far from traditional corporate stiffness, while still matching the prestige of the location.
Approach
Before design began, we focused on understanding the people. A young, dynamic team working in a high-focus environment needed a space that balances energy with clarity.
We introduced vibrancy through colour and material choices, ensuring the office felt alive without becoming overwhelming. Alongside work areas, we created breakout zones and casual pockets where teams could pause, reset, and return with sharper focus.
Outcome
A workspace that feels honest to the people who use it — vibrant, functional, and composed. A space that energises without distracting, and carries the confidence of both the team and its address.
